Settings icon
Player Settings, or just settings, are features of both Betrayal.io and Fishington.io that help players find servers, graphics, and audio suitable for them. to access settings, they must click on the white-on-navy gear icon at the top right-hand corner of the game screen, and from there they can change different settings. Players can use settings to leave servers in the middle of a game or lobby, but players cannot customize their preferred server or language within an active game of Betrayal.io or Fishington.io server.

- Click to move, a feature for PC/Mac players ("yes" allows players to use a cursor, while "no" allows players to use WASD controls)
- Region & language
- Language (English appears with the United States flag; Portuguese appears with the flag of Brazil, or Brasil; Spanish appears with the flag of Spain, or España; and Korean appears with the flag of South Korea, or 대한민국)
- Matchmaking region (USA East, Europe, and Asia)
- Matchmaking language (English; Portuguese, or Português; and Spanish, or Español)
- Graphics
- Window mode, a feature for PC/Mac players (Resizable or Fullscreen)
- Quality (Low or High)
- Resolution (Auto-detect)
- Audio
- Sound effects, which is a slider
- Music, which is a slider
- Voice chat (appears only for signed-in players)
- Push to talk
- Shortcut (default is the "v" key)
